In-House Fabrication.
At Wire To Wire our products are made right here in Canada. We fabricate products in house ensuring that work is made to the highest quality standards. Should your product display or merchandising unit require additional components such as graphics or fittings, we can source and assemble those parts for you, saving you time and money.
Custom Wire Products.
We produce custom bent wire used in greenhouses, hospitals, furniture, store displays, and other products that require custom steel wire applications. Utilizing our in house bending capabilities on our dedicated CNC wire forming machines allows us to produce products quickly and efficiently.
These machines take wire directly from coil, straighten it, bend it, and cut it to create custom wire forms. These state of the art machines allow wire parts to be produced at an amazingly fast speed using mild steel, stainless steel, or galvanized material up to ___ in diameter.
Metal Forming & Fabrication
Metal forming is an important part of the products we build. We use our CNC and mechanical machinery to bend and form material. Sheet metal and steel tube forming through notching, punching, bending, shearing and more using machinery such as mechanical presses, hydraulic presses, punch presses, press brakes, shears and other equipment.
Wood Displays & Millworking.
We take manufacturing of permanent point of sales products very seriously. With our recent expansion we have increased our capabilities allowing us to provide in house wood solutions and a new array of products.
