At Wire to Wire we pride ourselves on our manufacturing capabilities which is why we are continually re-investing back into the business. We are always looking for ways that we can better handle our customers ever changing requirements while keeping with the changes and newly available technology.
All of our machinery is owned, and our production facility is owned. Wire to Wire's manufacturing capabilities include but are not limited to;

- CNC 3 dimensional wire bending to 5/16”;
- CNC 2 dimensional wire bending to 7/16”;
- Up to 14’ shearing capability;
- Plate roller;
- Wire straightening from 3/32” to 3/8”;
- Roller Welding;
- Multy projection welders;
- Multy single spot welders;
- Mig, tig, stick welding capability;
- Up to 10ft brake presses;
- Punch presses;
- Pneumatic and manual conventional benders;
Our in-house tool room is equipped to handle jigs, and samples. Toolroom capabilities include but are not limited to lathe, milling machine, surface grinder, and saws.
